The online program is specifically designed for working men and women, parents and others unable to take classes at set times during the day or evening.

With the start of the winter 2015 quarter, a new course has been added to the Criminal Justice curriculum: “Introduction to Supervision for Law Enforcement.” The course, program officials say, focuses on strength-based leadership, ethics, communications, empowerment, self-control and teamwork.

The college’s winter 2015 online classes start Jan. 5.
