Tai Chi, often called “moving meditation,” is an ancient form of Chinese exercise and self-defense designed to improve physical health, decrease stress and bring unity to mind, body and spirit.
Tai Chi is safe and effective for everyone, regardless of health or age.
Classes start Monday, April 4, at the Dungeness School House. Beginning to intermediate classes are 3:30-5:30 pm.
Advanced classes are 5:30-7 p.m. Cost is $3.75-$8 depending on how many sign up.
