The Sequim Gazette wants readers to contribute to two articles it will publish soon.

The first will be a collection chosen from photos of the best holiday light displays in the area.

Please include addresses of the displays, although the names of private residents need not appear. Also, know that night photography requires a slow shutter speed, which in turn requires a steady camera. Using a tripod and a remote shutter will produce the best results.

The second story will be the Top 10 stories of 2009.
