Kody Allen Kautzman, 25, of Sequim, was sentenced to 24 months community custody and three to six months of drug treatment on Feb. 19.
Kautzman pled guilty on Jan. 22 to delivery of heroin, a Class B felony, committed on July 31, 2014.
During the investigation, the Olympic Peninsula Narcotics Enforcement Team and the Clallam County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigation Bureau developed probable cause to believe that Kautzman delivered heroin to an informant in the Carlsborg area. Kautzman was later arrested by a Clallam County Sheriff’s deputy while Kautzman traveled toward Port Angeles.
