Homes and jobs will be the focus at the annual Forum on Ending Homelessness, from 8:30 a.m.-1 p.m. Wednesday, April 21, at Lighthouse Christian Center, 304 Viewcrest Ave., Port Angeles.

Mark Putnam, economic opportunities initiative manager for a Seattle-based nonprofit working on statewide housing issues, will share tools that build capacity for employment and job training for very low income and homeless people.

Greg Winter of the Whatcom Homeless Service Center reports on progress as Whatcom and Clallam counties partner to develop a federal Housing and Urban Development Rapid ReHousing pilot program.

Featured speaker is Cheryl Bozarth, executive director of Dove House, a private nonprofit combating domestic violence and sexual abuse in Jefferson County.

Janet Stevenson, property manager/broker for Landmark, leads "Let’s Talk," a conversation with landlords Irene Estes-Bourm and Ken Tobias, tenants and community partners.
