Library hosts computer classes

A series of four computer classes for beginners will be held on Thursdays in May at the Port Angeles Library

A series of four computer classes for beginners will be held on Thursdays in May at the Port Angeles Library, 2210 S. Peabody St., Port Angeles.

"Understanding the Desktop, Mouse and Keyboard" is Thursday, May 6.

"Navigating the Internet" is Thursday, May 13.

"Connecting by E-mail 1: sending and receiving e-mail" is May 20.

"Connecting by E-mail 2: attachments and more" is May 27.

Two sessions of each class will be offered: from 10-11:30 a.m. and again from 1-2:30 p.m. in the Port Angeles Library computer lab.

These hands-on classes are limited to no more than five participants per class. Preregistration is required; call 417-8500 during library open hours to register. If interest warrants, a waiting list will be kept and the classes will be repeated.
