Alastair Duncan of Sequim recently was named one of Western Washington University’s Outstanding Graduates for the 2014-2015 academic year at spring Commencement on June 13.

Duncan was selected Outstanding Graduate of the Department of Decision Sciences, graduated magna cum laude in June with a Bachelor of Arts degree in business administration with a concentration in management information systems. Post-graduation, Duncan will work in the Technical Development Program at Liberty Mutual Insurance.

He is the son of Bob and Mary Jane Duncan and is a graduate of Sequim High School and Whatcom Community College.
