They include: Lauraine Maddox, charge review coordinator with OMP; Carole Kiele, certified medical assistant, OMP Specialty Clinic – Port Angeles; Holly Heustis, supervisor, OMP Primary Care Clinic – Cherry Street; Leonard Anderson, chronic disease management coordinator, Olympic Medical Heart Center; Tammy Reid, discharge planner, OMP Specialty Clinic – Sequim; and Kellie Brady, medical office nurse coordinator, OMP Primary Care Clinic.
