Sequim’s popular Music Live with Lunch program returns to St. Luke’s Epsicopal Church, 525 N. Fifth Ave., on Tuesday, Sept. 20, with smooth jazz group BlueSkyz featuring Jason Popelka and Tess Teel.

The group plays original and cover songs at noon followed by a lunch of raspberry glazed chilled and grilled salmon salad and strawberry shortcake at 12:30 p.m.

Some of the songs include Popelka’s originals “The Water is Wide” and “Love In This Moment’s Age,” and a handful more along with covers such as the Negro spiritual “Wade in the Water” by the Work brothers.

Teel has been a church soloist, psalmist and cantor at several congregations in California and Washington.
