Off the Shelf — Stream movies, shows for free

Did you know the Sequim Library offers free streaming movies and TV shows? Thanks to a new partnership with Kanopy, the North Olympic Library System (NOLS) is giving its patrons access to unlimited streaming without any subscription fees. Watch as many movies and shows as you’d like, whenever you like.

Visit NOLS.kanopy.com or download the Kanopy app to get started. All you need is your NOLS library card number. Library cards are also free and you can sign up in person or get a temporary card at NOLS.org/card.

Kanopy is a goldmine for anyone interested in diving into world cinema or exploring diverse stories through documentaries. But it’s not just for cinephiles; there are also romantic comedies, popular dramas and family-friendly films perfect for movie nights. Here are a few titles to try:
