For their ninth year locals rally together with their tractors, horses and plows in a community effort to plow the Pumpkin Patch at the corner of U.S. Highway 101 and Kitchen-Dick Road for yet another season.

Although the labor is free and the event is centered on bringing families and friends together, the Sequim High School Future Farmers of America students plan to offer hamburgers, hotdogs, chips and beverages to help raise funds for their organization.

For those seeking to get involved, participation is welcome. Also, a swap meet and free hayrides will be ongoing throughout the event.
