Due to several time conflicts with other local actions and events, Stop the Checkpoints will not have a rally on Saturday, Oct. 5, as earlier planned.

The will be a meeting at the Museum at the Carnegie from 2-3:30 p.m., Oct. 5.

The agenda includes a showing and discussion of the “Frontline” (PBS) video “Rape in the Fields” which describes the sexual harrasment and abuse of women farmworkers.
