It’s a fine afternoon to celebrate the 121st Irrigation Festival for Raquel Hermosillo and friends at The Oak Table Cafe. Hermosillo (second from right), a third-grader at Greywolf Elementary School, is this year’s winner of the 2016 Irrigation Button Design Contest. The fine design earned her and classmates a meal at the Sequim cafe on May 5.
