Sequim City hall, 152 W. Cedar St., is relocating this weekend to two new locations — Suite 17, 609 W. Washington St., and 226 N. Sequim Ave., the former Head Start administrative building, starting Tuesday, Dec. 10.
City hall will close the current location at noon, Friday, Dec. 6, and reopen Tuesday, Dec. 10.
Where you drop off your city utility bills, pick up water quality test kits, buy passes, apply for business licenses will move to Suite 17, next to the current police station.
The drop-off utility payment box will move the weekend of Dec. 7-8 in front of JCPenney on the island to the left.
The Head Start building will now offer applications for passports, volunteer services, public information requests, service of process and claims and, job applications.
The city’s phone system will be shut down to accommodate office moves on Friday, Dec. 6, and be unavailable from noon-4 p.m. Phone service for its main number 683-4139 is expected to be back in full service by Monday, Dec. 9.
