Sequim man arrested on suspicion of heroin sales

Theodore Henry Blahm, 35, was arrested last week on suspicion of delivering heroin to Olympic Peninsula Narcotics Enforcement Team (OPNET) members on two occasions in September 2015.

Theodore Henry Blahm, 35, was arrested last week on suspicion of delivering heroin to Olympic Peninsula Narcotics Enforcement Team (OPNET) members on two occasions in September 2015.

Blahm was arrested outside of his apartment in the 300 block of South Sunnyside Avenue on Nov. 25 by OPNET members, assisted by the Sequim Police Department and Clallam County Sheriff’s Office.

Blahm was booked into the Clallam County Jail on two counts of delivery of a controlled substance.

The case is being forwarded to the Clallam County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office for a formal charging decision.
