Jason W. Hartlein, 35, of Sequim, was sentenced to three months of residential chemical dependency treatment and 24 months probation as a result of pleading guilty to three counts of possession of oxycodone.
Hartlein was sentenced in Clallam County Superior Court on May 23. Hartlein pleaded guilty on Feb. 13.
Hartlein was one of seven people arrested by OPNET on June 8, 2012, as part of an oxycodone investigation. According to police sources, during the investigation Hartlein delivered oxycodone to OPNET on April 25, May 8 and May 9, 2012.
According to court documents, Hartlein’s criminal history includes convictions for attempted residential burglary in 1996, possession of a controlled substance in 2003, 2005 and 2010, failure to register as a sex offender in 2006 and prescription forgery in 2008.
