Starla Riley, 54, of Sequim, pleaded guilty in Clallam County Superior Court to three counts of delivery of marijuana for reportedly selling small amounts of the drug out of her Sequim home.

The court sentenced Riley June 2 to $2,150 in fines and court fees and 30 days in jail, which can be converted into 240 community service hours.

Riley was arrested in February after Sequim Police obtained a search warrant for her home near the 100 block of Wallace Way. During the search, police allegedly found small amounts of marijuana, digital scales and plastic baggies.

Police officers long suspected Riley of selling the drug, setting up at least three sales of marijuana between the woman and a police informant. The sales were tape recorded.

Riley had custody of two grandchildren at the time of the police search. Child Protective Services took the 11- and 10-year-old children after the arrest.
