Teens in grades 6-12 are invited to stop by, enjoy a hot beverage, talk about books and do reading activities at the Sequim Library’s Teen Reading Cafe, beginning at 3:30 p.m. Monday, Oct. 15, at 630 N. Sequim Ave.
The third Monday of each month, the cafe provides a venue for teens to share opinions and get ideas about what to read. Activities will include book speed dating, battle of the books and re-write the tale, led by Youth Services
Librarian Antonia Krupicka-Smith and served up with flavored coffees and teas.
For more information about the Teen Reading Café and other activities for young adults at the Library, go to www.nols.org, or contact the Sequim Library at 683-1161 or Sequim@nols.org.
