The National Weather Service reports snow could fall this Friday and Saturday in the Sequim area.
The temperature is reported to drop to about 31 degrees on Friday with daytime snow accumulation of up to half an inch possible.
In the evening there’s a chance of snow showers before 10 p.m. with a chance of rain and snow showers afterward.
Rain and snow showers could occur before 10 a.m. Saturday with rain showers to follow, according to the weather service. The snow level is expected to drop to 1,000 feet with a high of 40 and an evening low of 29.
Little to no snow accumulation is expected.
Snow tires became legal for use Nov. 1 and are set for removal on April 1.
