Staffers put a fresh coat of paint on Sequim classrooms

The Sequim School District’s summer paint crew has been very busy during the summer break. During a tile floor installation project earlier this summer at Helen Haller Elementary School, staffers took the opportunity to refresh some of the interior walls and did some exterior painting as well.

At Sequim High School, maintenance crew members patched and painted the walls in the main office, where work stations were reconfigured to facilitate better service for students and the public. They also painted bathrooms in A and C buildings, as well as some some classrooms and other touch-up jobs in the H building.

The first day of school for most Sequim students is Wednesday, Aug. 31.
