A two-car collision near Diamond Point Road left the two Sequim drivers uninjured and one youth passenger transported for medical treatment as a precaution on June 29.

According to the Washington State Patrol, 29-year-old Ryan J. Snider and a 7-year-old passenger were traveling eastbound on U.S. Highway 101 when a vehicle in front of them abruptly stopped to make a left onto Pierce Road, near the Clallam/Jefferson County line.

Powell and Snider were uninjured.

The cause and potential charges remain under investigation by the Washington State Patrol.
