The Clallam County Sheriff’s Office located the body of a 2-year-old boy in the charred remains of a home that burned to the ground this morning.

Patrick Young, Fire District 3 public information officer, said Sheriff’s deputies confirmed the body of the missing baby was found inside.

The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
