Vietnam veterans honored

Ed Hayko was among those who received a Vietnam veteran lapel pin during a packed-house ceremony honoring the service of Vietnam veterans at Sequim’s American Legion, Jack Grennan Post #62 on Saturday. The words “A Grateful Nation Thanks and Honors You” are embossed on the back of the pins, with an eagle set against the flag with a blue circle and laurel wreath and the words “Vietnam War Veteran” around it.
