Fern Cabbage of Sequim died April 21, 2014 at the age of 92.

She was born on Aug. 26, 1921, in Utah, to Lorenzo Neilson and Jennie Peterson.

She was raised in the Bitterroot Valley in Montana and married Isaac M. Cabbage, her best friend’s brother. They spent most of their lives in Washington.

She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law Neil and Kristi Cabbage, two granddaughters, a great-granddaughter and a great-grandson.
