Port Angeles resident Michael Phillip Shay died Oct. 27, 2014, in Port Angeles at the age of 78.

A graveside service will be Monday, Nov. 17, at Oceanview Cemetery, 3127 W. 18th St., Port Angeles, with the Rev. Ted Matti officiating.

He was born Aug. 22, 1936.
