Port Angeles resident Patricia Ann Adkins died March 15, 2016, in Port Angeles at the age of 74. A memorial service will be at 1 p.m. Friday, March 25, at Ocean View Cemetery Chapel, 3127 W. 18th St., Port Angeles.

She was born June 20, 1941.
