Discovery Bay resident Terri Purviance Martin died April 6, 2014, in Bremerton at the age of 52.

A memorial service will be held to honor her at Sequim Bible Church, 847 N. Sequim Ave., at 5 p.m. Saturday, April 12.

She was born June 9, 1961.

Linde Price Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
