Sequim’s girls tennis team (3-3 in league, 5-3 overall) girls tennis squad just missed upsetting second-ranked Kingston (5-1, 6-1) at home on Tuesday, April 22.
No. 1 doubles team Melanie Guan and Karen Chan continued their winning ways 6-2, 6-1 and No. 1 and No. 2 singles players Hannah Gauthun and Kailey Cassal won 6-3, 6-2; and 6-4, 6-4.
The Wolves have a busy last two weeks, playing in Port Townsend on Wednesday, April 30, hosting Bremerton on May 1, and traveling to North Mason on Friday, May 2, and hosting Port Townsend next Tuesday, May 6.
