Port Angeles man wins 7 in 7th contest

Thanks to a long fly ball from Seattle Mariner Ichiro Suzuki, Angelo Terranova of Port Angeles won the 7 Cedars Casino’s "Seven in the Seventh" contest.

Terranova entered the 7 Cedars "Seven in the Seventh" contest by filling out and mailing an entry form at the Longhouse Market & Deli near Blyn. His name was randomly chosen for the April 15 game against the Los Angeles Angels. During the bottom of the seventh inning, Suzuki hit a grand slam for the Mariners’ seventh run of the inning, winning Terranova $7,000. 7 Cedars and KIRO 710AM ESPN sponsor the contest.
